摘　　要：在废纸脱墨浆生产流程中,热分散机运行的正常与否对成浆质量有较大影响。可通过提高浆料温度、改善螺旋挤浆机运行状况,保证进入热分散机浆料干度及改变热分散机磨片磨齿数和结构等方法,来达到改善热分散机运行性能,提高成浆质量的目的。In the production process of wastepaper deinking pulp, the running situation of heat dispersion machine will largely affect the quality of pulp. We can improve the running function of heat dispersion machine to improve the quality of pulp by increasing the temperature of pulp, improving the running situation of spiral press master, keep the dryness of pulp when entering dispersion machine and change the tooth number and structure of abrasive disc of dispersion machine.
