摘　　要：明治维新以后,日本人口急剧增长,并由此引起了较为严重的粮食问题。日本政府将向海外移民作为排解危机的重要途径。日本殖民主义者则打着"人口过剩"、"粮食不足"的幌子,对华逐步实施移民侵略,以达到其谋占中国的目的。After the Meiji Restoration,the population of Japan has skyrocketed.It caused a serious problem of grain supplies.The overseas immigrants have taken as main way of resolving crisis by the Japanese government.Under the guise of the population problem and food shortages,Japanese colonialist implemented the immigrant aggression to achieve its purpose of invading China.
