论“村改居”社区文化转型的实践路径

摘　　要："村改居"社区是中国城市化过程中的必然产物,社区转型中包含着文化转型,文化转型的价值目标是构建社区和谐文化,提高居民的现代化素质。其基本途径有:完善"村改居"社区的物质文化设施,为文化转型提供物质基础;制定"村改居"社区的制度规范,为文化转型提供制度保障;加强"村改居"社区的思想文化教育,为文化转型提供精神条件;开展"村改居"社区丰富多彩的文化活动,为文化转型营造良好氛围。The community of ＂village changed to urban＂ is an inevitable product in the process of the Chinese urbanization.The transformation of community involves the cultural transformation of which the value goal is to construct culture in a harmony community and to improve the quality of the modernization of the residents.There are practical approaches： perfecting the material and cultural facilities in the ＂village changed to urban＂ community so as to provide material foundation for the cultural transformation,setting institutional norm for the community to supply institutional guarantee of the cultural transformation,strengthening the education of thoughts and culture for the community to offer spiritual conditions of the cultural transformation,developing a wide variety of colorful activities to create better atmosphere for the cultural transformation.
