摘　　要："村改居"过程涉及社区、居民的多层面转变。"村改居"社区和谐文化建设与思想政治教育在促进社区建设、提高居民素质等方面存在一致性,主要表现在目标一致、内容协同、载体互补等方面。在"村改居"社区建设中,思想政治教育是和谐文化建设的重要手段,和谐文化建设是思想政治教育的重要条件。The process of the rural community changed to the urban community involves the changes of the community residents. Its coherence exists in the promotion of community building, improving the quality of residents, it mainly displays in consistent aim, coordination in content, carrier complementary, etc. Ideological and political education is an important means of building a harmonious culture, harmonious culture is an important condition for ideological and political education.
