人力资本对区域经济增长的影响研究——以湖南省为例

摘　　要：许多经济学家已经从理论上证明了人力资本是区域经济增长的内生因素和驱动力.文章以湖南省为例,选取湖南省相关数据,运用实证研究的方法,测算出人力资本对湖南省经济增长的影响程度。结果显示,湖南省人力资本贡献率偏低,有待加强对人才和教育的投入,以提高人力资本对经济增长的推动力。Many economists have proved theoretically that human capital is endogenous lactor ana arlvmg force to the regional economic growth. This research studied the specific influence of human capital on regional economic growth from the empirical view. In this paper, we regarded Hunan Province as an example and selected the relevant data to measure and analyze the influence of human capital on economic growth in Hunan Province. The results showed that the contribution of human capital in Hunan Province was relatively low. It＇s necessary to strengthen investment in talent and education for enhancing human capital momentum to economic growth.
