农村基层干部社会态度问卷的编制

摘　　要：在理论分析和借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,经过访谈、试测及专家判定、咨询,编制《农村基层干部社会态度问卷》。经过139名村干部的初测对问卷进行分析和修改,再经过315名村干部的正式施测做进一步分析,结果表明该问卷具有良好的项目区分度、信度和效度。根据因素分析确立农村基层干部社会态度的结构(政治态度、工作态度和生活态度),其中政治态度包括执政能力、社会问题、新农村建设、村民自治四个因素;工作态度包括工作认同、基层干部队伍、工作积极性、工作回报、工作人际关系五个因素;生活态度包括生活满意度、生活价值观、幸福价值观三个因素。Based on the theoretical analysis and previous research, and through interviewing, testing, expert testimony and consulting, the author draw up ＂The Social Attitudes of Rural Grassroots Cadres Questionnaire＂. The questionnaire was analyzed and modified by the preliminary survey of 139 village officials, and then further analyzed through the official testing of 315 village officials. The results show that the questionnaire has a good item discrimination index, reliability and validity. The structure of rural grassroots cadres＇ social attitudes （political attitudes, work attitudes and life attitude） was established according to factorial analysis, which include the ability of political attitudes, social issues, new rural construction, the villagers self-government four factors; working attitudes including job identification, grassroots cadres, activeness of their work, work rewards, and relationships five factors; life attitude including life satisfaction, life valueness, and happiness value.
