创造性素质的人本意蕴及培养策略

摘　　要：创造性是人的本质属性的最高表现,人的发展的根本标志就是创造性的发展。文章简要探讨了人的创造性素质的内涵及其人本意蕴,并从创造主体的角度,从构成创造性素质的三个维度的基本点出发对创造性素质的培养提出了一些思路。Creativity is the highest show of the essential attribute of human and the development of creativity is the fundamental symbol of human development. This article briefly discusses the connotation and humanism bedeutsamkeit of human creative quality, and made a number of ideas on the cultivation of the creative quality from the perspective of main subject of the creativity and the the basic point of three dimensions which constitute the creative quality.
