长期住院精神病患者对改善住院环境需求的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的调查长期住院精神病患者对改善住院环境的需求。方法自行设计调查问卷,住院环境含物理环境、管理环境、人员环境、服务环境。对113例长期住院精神病患者进行调查。结果患者要求改善住院环境的前3位条目为病室物件及摆设(69.91%)、控制病室人数(64.60%)、管理方式(61.95%);患者性别和住院时间影响对物理环境的需求。结论长期住院精神病患者对改善住院环境有需求,应根据患者需求提供舒适的住院环境。Objective To investigate the demand on hospitalization environment improvement for long-term psychotic inpatients.Method Investigate 113 long-term psychotic inpatients by self-designed questionnaire.Hospitalization environment includes physical environment,management environment,staff environment and service environment.Result The demands raking in the first three are objects and decoration in the ward（69.91%）,patients＇ number in the ward（64.60%） and management style（61.95%）.Patients＇ gender and length of hospitalization time influence the demands on ward decoration.Conclusion Long-term psychotic impatients have the demand of hospitalization environment improvement.Comfortable hospitalization environment should be provided according to the demand.
