摘  要:应用数字散斑对受载压力容器壁的相对微小形变进行了试验研究。研究中采用气压加载,利用激光散斑场作为待测表面的信息载体,动态在线测量压力容器的微小形变。进一步对形变影响的定量研究将为预知形变的尺寸及位置,以及结构的安全和检测提供帮助,可以为结构无损检测提供依据。In this paper, the deformation of the pressure vessel's wall was studied by the means of the digital speck le pattern interferometry (DSPD technique. The different deformation map under different air pressure load by the speckle interference fringes on the television monitor showing the specimen contour fringes of the surface deformation. The further quantitative study of the deformation influence where it comes to the prediction of the size and position of deformation, as well as the safety and detection of the structure. Meanwhile, the spread and improvemont of the method will provide the foundation of structure non-destructive test.
