盘式蚊香喷药机的研制

摘　　要：针对蚊香生产工艺研制一种喷药设备,对盘香毛胚喷洒驱蚊药液。阐述该蚊香喷药设备的工作原理及优点;详细分析喷药量控制原理;设计新型的扇形喷嘴,使喷射液流从原来的圆锥形变成扇形狭长带状液流,保证蚊香毛胚上药液喷洒均匀,并推导出单盘蚊香毛胚上的喷药质量计算公式。进行样机制作和喷药实验,结果表明:使用该设备能使单盘蚊香的驱蚊药液用量得到有效控制,在保证驱蚊效果同时节约资金成本。Based on the processing technology of mosquito-repellent incense coil, a sprayer device was designed which was used to sparge mosquito repellent liquid medicine to the semi-finished incense coil. Its working principle and advantages were discussed, and the sparging control principle of this sprayer device was analyzed. A new-type fan-shaped spray nozzle was designed by which the original coneshaped spray flow was changed into a fanshaped one with narrow and long belt shape, so the liquid medicine could be sprayed evenly on the semifinished incense coil. The formula of the mass of a singlecoil mosquito repellent was derived. A prototype was manufactured and spraying experiments were made. The experimental results show adopting the device, the liquid dosage is efficiently controlled. Not only the mosauito reoellent effect is good but also cost is reduced.
