摘　　要：[目的]探讨护理干预对男性乳房发育症病人抑郁和焦虑心理的影响。[方法]选取52例行局部麻醉手术的男性乳房发育症病人,术前实施有效的护理干预,分别在护理干预前后运用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评估病人的心理情况。[结果]52例男性乳房发育症病人护理干预前SDS和SAS评分均高于国内常模;护理干预后SDS、SAS评分均低于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]有效的护理干预能减轻男性乳房发育症病人的抑郁和焦虑心理,使手术顺利进行,促进术后康复。Objective：To prove into the influence of nursing intervention on preoperative depression and anxiety of gynecomastia patients.Methods：A total of 52 cases of gynecomastia patients undergoing local anesthesia were selected and given effective preoperative nursing intervention.And the patients＇ psychological situation was evaluated by SDS and SAS before and after the intervention.Results：The SDS and SAS scores of all 52 gynecomastia patients before the intervention were higher than those of domestic norm,while the scores after the intervention were lower than those before the intervention.There was statistical significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Effective nursing intervention can alleviate the depression and anxiety of gynecomastia patients,make the successful operations and promote the postoperative rehabilitation.
