摘　　要：[目的]探讨甲状腺术后病人氧气雾化吸入的最佳起始时间。[方法]将160例病人随机分为A组、B组,两组病人分别于术后即时、24h进行氧气雾化吸入。[结果]A组病人雾化治疗效果及舒适度优于B组(P<0.05)。[结论]甲状腺术后即行氧气雾化吸入可提高疗效,安全可靠。Objective：To probe into the best initial timing of oxygen atomization inhalation of patients after undergoing thyroid surgery.Methods：A total of 160 cases of patients were randomly divided into group A and group B.The patients of the two groups were respectively given oxygen atomization inhalation immediately after surgery and at 24h after surgery.Results：The curative effect and comfort of group A patients were prior to that of group B（P0.05）.Conclusion：Oxygen atomization inhalation immediately after thyroid surgery can improve the curative effect,and it is safe and reliable.
