摘  要:目的:观察强心冲剂对家兔充血性心衰模型血流动力学的影响。方法:40只家兔随机分为假手术组、模型组、地高辛组、强心冲剂组,每组各10只,除假手术组外3组采用腹主动脉缩窄术复制家兔心衰模型,左心室插管测定心率(HR)、血压(BP)、左室收缩压及左室舒张末压(LVEDP)。结果:心衰家兔HR、收缩压(SBP)及LVEDP显著升高;与模型组相比,强心冲剂能明显降低心衰家兔的HR、SBP及LVEDP。结论:强心冲剂能有效改善心衰模型的血流动力学指标,具有抗心力衰竭的作用。Objective: To explore the effect of Cardiotonic Granules on hemodynamics of the rabbits with congestive heart failure (CHF). Method: 40 rabbits were divided randomly into sham operation group, model group, digoxin group and cardiotonic granules group on average.The rabbit models with heart failure were established by abdominal aona coarctation except sham operation group. Heart rate (HR), blood Pressure (BP), left ventricular end systolic pressure (LVESP) and left ventricular end diastolic pressure (LVEDP) were detected by left ventricular intubation. Result: HR, SBP and LVEDP of rabbits with CHF obviously raised; cardiotonic granules can obviously lower the levels of HR, SBP and LVEDP of CHF rabbits compared with model group. Conclusion: Cardiotonic granules can evidently improve hemodynic indexes of CHF models and delay the process of the disease.
