摘  要:目的:观察风药对兔结肠黏膜蛋白与乙酸诱发大鼠免疫性溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的治疗作用及机制。方法:对兔结肠黏膜蛋白和乙酸法复制的大鼠模型分别给予痛泻要方加风药、痛泻要方、痛泻要方去风药组灌胃治疗,模型对照组和空白对照组给予生理盐水,4周后,对各组大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平,肠黏膜NO含量、NOS活性进行检测。结果:与空白对照组比较,模型对照组大鼠血清TNF-α水平,肠黏膜NO含量、NOS活性显著升高(P<0.01);经药物治疗后与模型对照组比较,痛泻要方加风药、痛泻要方和痛泻要方去风药组血清TNF-α水平、肠黏膜NO含量及NOS活性下降,其中痛泻要方加风药和痛泻要方组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:风药对兔结肠黏膜蛋白与乙酸法建立的大鼠UC模型有一定的治疗作用,其机制与调节免疫、降低NO生成酶系统的活性有关。Objective: To observe therapeutic effect and mechanism of wind drugs on ulcerative colitis (UC) in rats induced by rabbit colonic mucosat protein and acetic acid. Method: Rat models with UC, induced by rabbit colonic mucosal protein and acetic acid, were administered with TongXie YaoFang and wind drugs, TongXie YooFang, TongXie YaoFang without FangFeng intragastrically. Model control group and blank group were given with normal saline. serum TNF-a, NO content on intestinal mucosa and the activity of NOS were detected After 4 weeks in different groups. Result: Level of serum TNF-a, NO content on intestinal mucosa and the activity of NOS in model group evaluated compared with blank group (P〈0.01). Level of serum TNF-a, NO content on intestinal mucosa and the activity of NOS in the groups of TongXie YaoFang and wind drugs, TongXie YaoFong, TongXie YaoFang without FangFeng dropped after administration compared with model group. Among them, the comparison of groups of TongXie YooFang and wind drugs, TongXie YooFang showed remarkable difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Wind drugs have certain therapeutic effect on UC rats established by rabbit colonic mucosal protein and acetic acid, the mechanism is associated with regulating immunity and lowering the activity of nitric oxide synthase.
