摘　　要：21世纪以来,全球化成为现代经济、政治、文化和社会发展的总趋势。中国特色社会主义现代化道路正是中国人民基于这一趋势所做的明智选择。全球化为中国特色社会主义现代化提供发展机遇的同时,也带来了严峻考验。只有坚持社会主义方向,建设好社会主义文化,处理好对外开放和独立自主、自力更生的关系,建立国际政治经济新秩序,才能在全球化进程中推动中国社会主义现代化更好的发展。Since the 21st century, globalization has become a general trend with modern economy, politics, culture and social development. Socialist modern road with Chinese characteristics is a wise choice which is based on this trend. Globalization simultaneously has provided development opportunities for socialist modemization with Chinese characteristics, and also brought severe test. Only by upholding the socialist orientation, building socialist culture, dealing with the relationship of opening up and independence, initiative and self-reliance, setting up the new economic and political order, can we promote China socialist modemization development in the process of globalization.
