颈部强化围刺法治疗颈椎病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨颈部强化围刺法治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将180例颈椎病患者按2∶1比例随机分为治疗组120例,对照组60(常规针刺31例,口服药物29例)。治疗组采用颈部强化围刺法,对照组采用药物、常规针刺法,均治疗1个疗程后观察疗效,并在治疗组中寻找出最佳的治疗分型和治疗时机。结果:颈部强化围刺法疗效明显优于药物和常规针刺疗法,其临床基本治愈率分别为69.17%、38.33%,总有效率分别为97.50%、78.33%,有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组在针刺时机上,2周以内疗效与2周以上有显著差异(P<0.05);年龄上50岁以下与50岁以上疗效比较有显著差异(P<0.05);在辨证分型上积劳损伤型疗效高于肝肾亏虚型(P<0.05);颈部强化围刺法对颈椎病的颈型、神经根型疗效最好。结论:颈部强化围刺法治疗颈椎病是一种有效的治疗方法。Objective： To explore clinical effects of intensified encircling needling around the neck in treating cervical spondylosis. Method： 180 patients with cervical spondylosis were randomized into 120 cases in treatment group and 60 cases in control group. Treatment group received intensified encircling needling around the neck, 31 cases among control group were administered with routine needling and 29 cases with medicine orally. Curative effects were observed after one course of treatment and optimal therapeutic syndrome and time were found in treatment group. Result： Curative effect of intensified encircling needling around the neck was obviously superior to that of medicine and routine needling with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Basic recovery rate rose from 38.33% to 69.71%, total effective rate rose from 78.33% to 97.50%; curative effect within two weeks was superior to that above two weeks in treatment group （P〈0.05）; comparison of therapeutic effects between the patients less than 50 years and more than 50 years suggested significant difference （P〈0.05）. Curative effect on accumulation of exhaustion and damage syndrome was higher than that on deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome （P〈0.05）; intensified encircling needling around the neck is the best treatment for cervical spondylosis of neck type and cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Conclusion： Intensified encircling needling around the neck in treating cervical spondylosis is an effective method.
