摘　　要：从天灸的发展史,剖析其疗法特点入手,详细介绍其经络腧穴机理、药理作用和神经-免疫作用机制,同时分析其发展现状和瓶颈问题,并提出相关改革思路。Natural moxibustion, a kind ofmoxibustion method with a long history, now is widely used in clinic. Its development history, feature, the mechanism of meridian and acupoint, pharmacology and neuro-immunological mechanism were presented in detail, meanwhile the present situation and bottleneck problems were analyzed, and thoughts of reform were proposed.
