摘 要:目的了解昆山市小学教职工学校突发公共卫生事件防控知识、态度及行为现状,为指导学校开展突发公共卫生事件防控工作和制定措施提供科学依据。方法选择昆山市26所小学,采取分层随机抽样方法,各校抽取1~6年级班主任、任课老师及行政后勤人员若干名,自行设计调查表进行突发公共卫生事件防控相关知识、态度及行为匿名自填问卷调查。结果454名教职工学校突发公共卫生事件防控传染病预防、食品卫生、卫生消毒相关知识,总知晓率分别为76.0%、56.5%、75.4%;防控态度各项均达到90%以上;防控行为10项调查内容平均为86.6%。不同性质学校教职工比较,知识知晓率和行为形成率公办校多项高于民办校;不同岗位人员教职工比较,知信行均无统计学差异。结论学校应针对学校突发公共卫生事件防控措施要求,提高教职工理论水平,加强防控管理与监督机制,加强措施落实责任制和考核机制。Objective To understand KAP(knowledge, attitudes and practices)of primary school teaching staff for prevention and control of public health emergency events in Kunshan City. Methods Totally 26 primary school teaching staff were selected by the stratified sampling methods and investigated for their KAP by self-designed questionnaire. Remtlts The total awareness rotes oi knowledge about infectious disease, fcxxl poisoning, sanitation and disinfection were 76.0%, 56.5 % and 75.4 % respectively among 454 teaching staff; the rates of attitudes were more than 90 % ; the average rate of practices was 86.6 %. The rate of KAP in public school teaching staff was higher than that in private school teaching staff; and the rates of KAP in different post staff were not significantly different. Conclusions TheKAP related education and training should be strengthened on teaching staff, and the responsibility and assessment system should be adopted to improve their awareness and format conscious action on public health emergency events.
