摘 要:目的探讨对母婴血型不合引起新生儿溶血病进行溶血3项检测试验的重要性。方法对139例新生儿溶血病惠儿进行血清学检洲,包括直接抗人球蛋白试验、血清游离抗体、红细胞抗体释放试验、ABO以外抗体筛查。结果139例患儿中被确诊为AB0溶血137例,Rh溶血2例,直接抗人球蛋白试验阳性率84%,血清游离抗体阳性率62.6%,红细胞抗体释放试验阳性率98.6%。血液标本在1~7d内采集检测阳性率明显较〉7d采集高。结论新生儿溶血病3项检测为新生儿溶血病的明确诊断,及早治疗预防提供可靠依据。尽早采集惠儿的血液标本进行检验,减少漏检和误检。Objective To explore the importance of serological tests in the hemolytic disease of the newbom due to blood group inctmapatibility between the mother and fetus. Methods The serological tests, including direct antiglobulin test, serum free antibody test, erythroeyte antibody releasing test and screening of antibody beyond ABO blood group were performed in 139 cases of hemolytic disease of the newhom. Results In 139 cases of heraolytic disease of the newborn, 137 cases were diagnosed as ABO incompatibility, and 2 cases Rh incompatibility. The positive rates of direct antiglobulin test, serum free antibody test, and erythrocyte antilxxty releasing test were 84%, 62.6%, and 98.6%, respectively. The positive rate of tests of blood sample collected in 7 days was significantly higher than that after 7 days. Condusiom The serological tests play a key role in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of hemolytic disease of the newborn. Blood samples should be collected as soon as possible to avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
