摘  要:为了研究铅和乙醇的联合作用对大鼠精子的影响,选取健康雄性Wistar大白鼠54只,体重(207±17)g,采用2×3析因设计方法随机分为9组,每组6只,A~H组分别给予醋酸铅11m g/kgBW 和醋酸铅22m g/kgBW、乙醇0.9g/kgBW、乙醇1.8g/kgBW、醋酸铅11m g/kgBW+ 乙醇0.9g/kgBW、醋酸铅11m g/kgBW+ 乙醇1.8g/kgBW、醋酸铅22m g/kgBW+ 乙醇0.9g/kgBW、醋酸铅22m g/kgBW+ 乙醇1.8g/kgBW,对照组给等量蒸馏水。每天1次,每周5次灌胃,连续4周,染毒期满断头处死,取附睾尾做精子分析。与各单独染毒组比较,联合染毒组的精子计数和精子活动率显著降低,精子畸变率、附睾/体重比和血铅水平显著增高(P< 0.01,P< 0.05),析因分析表明铅和乙醇有交互作用(P< 0.05), 即铅和乙醇联合呈现增毒作用;逐步回归分析血铅与精子畸变率呈正相关,与精子活动率呈负相关。结果提示铅和乙醇对雄性大鼠的精子质量有联合增毒作用,严重影响精液质量,损害雄性生殖功能。其损伤机制可能与联合染毒后乙醇促进了铅的吸收或释放致血铅增高。In order to study the combined effects of lead and ethanol on rat sperm, 54 male rats were divided into 9 groups randomly. One group was given distilled water as control, and the others (A—H) groups were given lead and ethanol at the concentrations of lead 11mg/kgBW and lead 22mg/kgBW,ethanol 0 9g/kgBW,ethanol 1 8g/kgBW,lead 11mg/kgBW+ethanol 0 9g/kgBW,lead 11mg/kgBW+ethanol 1 8g/kgBW,lead 22mg/kgBW +ethanol 0 9g/kgBW,lead 22mg/kgBW+ethanol 1 8g/kgBW in stomachs respectively for four weeks. The rats were sacrificed by the end of the fourth week. Epididymis were isolated and examined for sperm motility, counts and morphology. The results showed that the spermatozoa motility as well as spermatozoa count was lower; the spermatozoa morphological changed and blood lead level and ratio of epididymis to weight were higher in all combined experimental groups than those in groups with lead or ethanol alone. ANOVA analysis indicated that there were interaction between lead and ethanol on above indices (P<0 05 P<0 01). The multiple linear regression showed that there was liner correlation between blood lead and spermatozoa motility, spermatozoa morphological change. It is concluded that there were notable combined effects of lead and ethanol on semen quality in male rats.
