摘 要:分析了目前手持式电磁铆枪枪体重、后坐力大、使用不便等问题。为解决这些问题,从能量变化的角度提出了采用带缓冲器的新型减振系统。针对新型减振系统,进行小型电磁铆枪的结构设计。根据铆枪工作时各零组件的相对运动情况将铆枪结构分成驱动头、回弹系统和铆枪外壳三部分并制造出原型枪。使用表明所设计的电磁铆枪后坐力小,使用方便,达到小型化的目的。The existing problems of manual electromagnet riveter such as overweight,high recoil shock and operating inconvenience were analyzed.For the purpose of solving the existing problems,a new damping system was presented in this paper based on the energy transition principle.Structural miniaturization design of the riveter was finished in connection with the new damping system.The riveter was divided into three parts: the driver,recoil system and riveter body based on the relative motion of the components at work and its prototype was manufactured.The test result indicated that the new electromagnet riveter was lower in recoil shock and more convenient to use without declining the efficiency in practical application.The miniaturization of electromagnet riveter was achieved.
