中西医结合治疗高血压左心室肥厚逆转的临床观察

摘　　要：采用防己黄芪汤胶囊配合复方降压素治疗高血压左心室肥厚30例,并设复方降压素治疗30例作对照。超声心动图(UCG)测定LVDd(左室舒张期内径)、IVST(室间隔厚度)、LVPWT(左室后壁厚度)。结果:治疗组显效19例,有效6例,无效5例,总有效率为83.33%,左心室心肌重量指数(LVMI)下降,与治疗前比较P<0.05;对照组显效2例,有效2例,无效26例,总有效率为13.33%。两组总有效率比较差异显著(P<0.05)。Thirty cases of hypertension complicating left ventricular hypertrophy were treated with Fanji Huangqi Decoction (防己黄芪汤FHD) Capsule complemented with Compound Jiangyasu (复方降压素CJ),30 cases treated only with CJ were set up as the control group.LVDd,IVST,LVPWT were tested with cardiograph (UCG).Result:In the treatment group the LVMI were lowered and P<0.05 compared with LVMI before treatment.19 cases were markedly effective,6 effective,5 ineffective and the total effective rate was 83.33% in the treatment group.It respectively was 2,2,26 and 13.33% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05).Thirty cases of hypertension complicating left ventricular hypertrophy were treated with Fanji Huangqi Decoction (防己黄芪汤FHD) Capsule complemented with Compound Jiangyasu (复方降压素CJ),30 cases treated only with CJ were set up as the control group.LVDd,IVST,LVPWT were tested with cardiograph (UCG).Result:In the treatment group the LVMI were lowered and P<0.05 compared with LVMI before treatment.19 cases were markedly effective,6 effective,5 ineffective and the total effective rate was 83.33% in the treatment group.It respectively was 2,2,26 and 13.33% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05).
