摘 要:针对异步变频电机转子涡流损耗比较严重的问题,提出了应用一种基于有限元法的电机失磁运行转子计算方法,该方法能够通过节点计算和励磁绕组的分割对转子的涡流损耗进行有效计算.利用实验对有无转子情况下的转子与定子损耗进行了分析,发现该计算值与实验值具有很好的一致性,并对该电机的运行装态下转子磁场进行了测试,电场强度和磁通密度分布都是非正弦的,这反映了转子d、q轴结构差异的影响.A method of computing the rotor eddy current loss in the asynchronous frequency conversion motor was proposed based on the finite-element method.This method has the ability to calculate the eddy current loss for rotor by node calculation and the division of the excitation winding.The losses of the rotor and the stator were analyzed in rotor and no rotor cases by the experiment.It is found that the calculated results of the model is in good accordance with the experimental results.The magnetic field of the rotor in the electrical machine is also tested.The distributions of the field intensity and magnetic flux density are non-sine,which reflects the different effects of the rotor shafts d,q in their structures.
