加味补阳还五汤联合介入治疗糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察加味补阳还五汤联合介入治疗糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的疗效。方法选取52例(56条肢体)糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症行股动脉支架植入成功后患者,随机分为2组。治疗组32例术后给予常规治疗的同时服用加味补阳还五汤,对照组20例术后仅给予常规治疗。观察2组患者治疗前后临床症状、肢体功能变化情况。结果治疗组患者均未截肢,治愈率为47%,再狭窄率为3%;对照组截肢率为10%,治愈率为14%,再狭窄率为19%。2组临床症状、踝肱指数、肢体功能恢复情况比较均有显著性差异。结论加味补阳还五汤联合介入治疗糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症能改善下肢缺血引起的症状,降低再狭窄率和截肢率,提高治愈率。Objective It is to observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Jiaweibuyanghuanwu decoction combined with interventional therapy on lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans （ASO） of diabetes mellitus （ DM）. Methods 52 patients with DM complicating with ASO （56 limbs） after successful stent implantation in superficial femoral arteries were chosen and divid- ed into 2 groups. The treatment group （32 cases） was given Jiaweibuyanghuanwu decoction on the basis of normal therapy and the control group was treated with normal therapy only. The changes of clinical symptoms and limb function of the patients were observed before and after treatment in both groups. Results In treatment group, there was no patients with leg amputated, the cure rate was 47% , and the restenosis rate was 3%. In control group, the amputated rate was 10% , the cure rate was 14% and the restenosis rate was 19%. There were significant differences in ankle-brachial index and recovery of limb function between the two groups. Conclusion Jiaweibuyanghuanwu decoction combined with interventional therapy can improve low limb symptoms induced by ischemia, decrease the restenosis rate and amputated rate in patients with lower extremity ASO of DM.
