共刺激分子CD_(28)在Graves病合并眼征患者外周血中的表达变化

摘　　要：目的:探讨共刺激分子CD28在Graves病合并眼征患者外周血中表达变化与病情严重程度的关系。方法:应用流式细胞仪技术对Graves病合并眼征患者外周血T淋巴细胞共刺激分子CD28的表达水平进行检测,同时检测患者甲状腺功能。结果:①Graves浸润性突眼组患者外周血CD2+8表达低于单纯性突眼患者(P<0.05),单纯性突眼组患者外周血CD2+8表达亦低于对照组(P<0.05);②浸润组Graves眼病患者外周血TSH表达低于单纯组和对照组(P<0.05),单纯组患者外周血TSH表达亦低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Graves病合并眼征患者共刺激分子CD2+8在CD4+淋巴细胞异常活化中起重要作用,CD2+8表达随眼征病情加重而降低,CD2+8与TSH表达呈正相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between costimulatory molecules CD2s in Graves disease and eye symptom and understand connection with its lesion degree. Method Expression of CD28 in peripheral blood from patients with Graves disease and eye symptom was measured by flow cytometry. Results①The expression of CD28 in infiltrative exophthalmos patients is decreased compared with retinitis simplex and control group （P 〈 0. 05） ,and the expression of CD28 in retinitis simplex eye symptom of Graves disease is decreased compared with control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. ②The expression of TSH in infiltrative exophthalmos patients is decreased compared with retinitis simplex and control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the expression of TSH in retinitis simplex eye symptom of Graves disease is decreased compared with control group （ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion CD28 plays an important role in the abnormal activation of CD4＋ T leukomonocyte in patients with Graves disease having eye symptom, CD28 is decreased with its deep lesion degree. The expression of CD28 has direct correlation with TSH.
