78例经电子气管镜综合治疗支气管结核疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨经通过电子气管镜综合治疗不同类型、不同时期支气管结核的疗效和安全性。方法:对该院2007年6月～2010年10月78例支气管结核施行经电子气管镜注入安克痨,并选择时机行球囊扩张治疗,必要时行氩气刀治疗,平均气管镜治疗每周1次,连续4～10次。结果:不同类型支气管结核所经过的气管镜治疗是不相同的,发病时间不同的有效率相差很大。结论:经电子气管治疗时,要根据镜下的不同类型和发病时间选择不同的方法,能使支气管结核达到更有效的治疗,且能减少并发症,值得临床医师注意。Objective To study the efficacy and safety of electronic bronchoscope comprehensive treatment of different types, different period of brochial tuberculosis. Method During June 2007 and November 2010 in our hospital,78 cases of endobronchial tuberculosis were treated by implementation of Ankelao through electronic bronchoscope, and with balloon dilatation at correct time, argon knife treatment was made if necessary,the average bronchoscope treatment was 1 time/week, for 4 - 10 continuous times. Results Different types received different bronchoscope treatment, the efficiency of different onset time had large difference. Conclusion For electronic gas treatment, we should choose the different ways according to tile different type under the microscope and the onset time ,which can achieve more effective treatment of endobronchial tuberculosis, and can reduce complications ,is worth the clinician＇s attention.
