红外线体温仪在精神科住院患者体温监测的应用与研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨红外线体温计在精神科住院患者进行体温监测的实用性。方法:选择162例精神病患者,用红外线体温仪与水银体温计同时进行体温监测,连续5 d,均选择下午15:00进行。结果:红外线体温仪在环境温度17℃～22℃,测量额温与同时用水银体温计测量的腋温略高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:红外线体温仪在精神科住院患者体温监测安全可靠、节省时间、值得推广。Objective To explore the practicality of infrared ray temperature meter in the temperature monitoring of psychiatric inpatients. Method Total 162 cases of psychiatric patients were monitored body temperature with infrared ray temperature meter and mercury thermometer at the same time for 5 days, both at 15 o＇ clock. Results When the circumstance temperature is 17~C -22~C, the forehead temperature tested by infrared ray temperature meter is slightly higher than the axillary fossa temperature tested by mercury thermometer, but has no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Infrared ray temperature meter is safe and reliable in the temperature monitoring of psychiatric inpatients, which can save time, and worthy of widely application.
