穴位刺血对实验性变应性鼻炎鼻粘膜组胺激发阈值的影响

摘　　要：以卵清蛋白为致敏原建立豚鼠实验性变应性鼻炎模型,对动物模型给予穴位刺血治疗,并设立穴位中药敷贴、二丙酸氯地米松治疗对照,测定治疗前后各组鼻粘膜组胺激发阈值。结果显示:穴位刺血疗法有提高实验性变应性鼻炎鼻粘膜组胺激发阈值的作用,即能降低实验性变应性鼻炎模型鼻粘膜对组胺的敏感性,效果与中药穴位敷贴治疗对照组一致。The guinea pig model of experimental allergic rhinitis was developed by means of egg albumin as sensitinogen and it was treated with acupoint pricking blood therapy,with acupoint Chinese drug application and propaderm used as controls.The nasal mucosa histamine provocative thresholds in the groups before and after treatment were determined.Results showed that acupoint pricking blood therapy had the action of increasing the nasal mucosa histamine provocative threshold of experimental energic rhinitis,i,e.could decrease the sensitivity of nasal mucosa to histamine in the experimental allergic rhinitis model.The effect was the same as that in the control group of acupoint Chinese drug application.
