摘 要:目的探讨高血压病患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)与动态血压相关参数间关系,评价血压控制程度及变异性对IMT的影响。方法彩色多普勒超声仪测定IMT,按IMT厚度,将107例高血压病患者分为IMT正常组和增厚组。检测入选者血总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、三酰甘油及空腹血糖,动态血压检测仪记录血压参数。结果 IMT增厚组24h平均收缩压(mS-BP)、24h平均舒张压(mDBP)较IMT正常组增高(P分别为0.043、0.002)。白昼收缩压变异性(dSSD)、夜间收缩压变异性(nSSD)较IMT正常组增大(P分别为0.020、0.000)。IMT与24hmSBP、dSSD、nSSD呈正相关。结论高血压病患者IMT与24hmSBP、24hmDBP及dSSD、nSSD密切相关。Objective To explore the correlation between intima-media thickness (IMT) of carotid artery and the parameter of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, and assess the influence of level and variability of blood pressure on IMT. Methods 107 patients with primary hypertention were divided into two groups according to IMT: the normal group and the thickness group. Blood-lipid, fasting blood glucose and ambulatory blood pressure were measured in each group. Results 24-hour mean systolic blood pressure (24 h mSBP) and 24-hour mean diastolic pressure (24 h mDBP) were higher in thickness group than those in normal group (P〈0.05). Standard deviation of daytime systolic blood pressure (dSSD) and night systolic blood pressure (nSSD) were higher in thickness group than those in normal group (P〈0.05). Correlation analysis showed significantly positive correlation between IMT and 24 h mSBP, dSSD and nSSD. Conclusions IMT is closely related to 24 h mSBP, 24 h mDBP, dSSD and nSSD in patients with primary hypcrtention.
