有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液的研究

摘　　要：通过乳液聚合制备有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液。乳液中的有机硅分子在催化剂的作用下与基材表面的羟基脱水交联 ,使粘接力大大提高。研究了有机硅功能单体用量以及丙烯酸交联单体对乳液性能的影响。FTIR分析表明有机硅烷与其他共聚单体完全共聚。The emulsion of silanes/acrylates was prepared by emulsion polymerization . The silanes can be bonded with hydroxy group on the surface of substrate by the use of catalyst, forming stable siloxane bonds . This paper discussed the influence of silane contents and functional acrylic monomer on property of emulsion .FTIR analysis indicates that organic functional silanes have been copolymerized with other monomers thoroughly.
