2006-2010年辽宁省锦州市传染病疫情网络直报信息质量评价

摘　　要：目的了解辽宁省锦州市传染病网络直报工作状况,评价锦州市2006-2010年传染病网络直报的报告质量。方法从《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》中获取锦州市传染病网络直报数据库资料,以《传染病防治法》及有关规范为依据,按医疗机构、疾控机构不同职责,对直报数据进行统计处理。结果锦州市网络报告率由2006年的26.96%逐年上升至2010年的100%;未及时报告率由2006年的30.20%下降至2010年的0.17%;未及时审核率由2006年的5.72%下降至2010年的0.04%;重卡率由2006年的0.06%下降至2010年的无重卡。结论锦州市2006-2010年传染病网络直报质量逐年提高,但是未及时报告、未及时审核和漏报情况仍然存在,提示仍有必要加强对疾控机构和医疗机构相关人员的培训。Objective To evaluate the quality of internet-based reporting of communicable diseases in Jinzhou from 2006 to 2010.Methods The data of communicable disease internet-based reporting in Jinzhou was obtained from national disease reporting information system to conduct statistical analysis according to the requirement prescribed by the law of communicable diseases prevention and treatment.Results From 2006 to 2010,the internet-based reporting rate in Jinzhou increased from 26.96% to 100%;the untimely reporting rate declined from 30.20% to 0.17%;the untimely report verifying rate declined from 5.72% to 0.04% and the re-reporting rate declined from 0.06% to 0%.ConclusionThe quality of internet-based reporting was improved in Jinzhou from 2006 to 2010,but the untimely reporting,untimely report verifying and report missing still existed,which suggested that the training on the internet-based reporting of communicable diseases should be strengthened in disease control and prevention centers and hospitals.
