参附舒心汤对老年心衰患者血清中脑利钠肽的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨参附舒心汤治疗老年冠心病舒张性心力衰竭的疗效,关注其对血清中脑利钠肽(BNP)的影响,探讨其临床意义。方法:收集我院诊治的65例冠心病舒张性心力衰竭的老年患者,依入院顺序分为治疗组和对照组,对照组(32例)应用常规治疗(贝那普利10 mg,每日1次,酒石酸美托洛尔6.25～12.5 mg,每日2次,1周后加倍);治疗组(33例)在常规治疗基础上加用参附舒心汤(人参9 g,制附片12 g(先煎0.5 h),黄芪30 g,红花9 g,川芎12 g,三七6 g,瓜蒌壳12 g,郁金15 g,桂枝6 g,葶苈子12 g,泽泻12 g,制甘草15 g),观察两组的疗效及对患者血清中BNP的影响。结果:治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组。治疗组与对照组治疗后血清中BNP的表达明显低于治疗前,但治疗组治疗前、后BNP的减少值明显高于对照组。结论:冠心病舒张性心力衰竭的老年患者在常规治疗基础上加用参附舒心汤治疗,临床效果明显,且能有效调节血清中的BNP水平,进而有效调节机体内环境,临床治疗中可以积极应用。Objective： To observe effect of of Shenfu Shexin decoction on Brain Natriuretic Peptide （BNP） in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure. Method： Sixty-five elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure were divided into two groups. The control group and the observation group. Thirty-two cases in control group were treated by routine treatment, thirty-three cases in observation group were treated by combined routine treatment and Shenfu Shuxin decoction. The effect of BNP were observed in two groups. Result： The curative efficacy was obviously higher in the observation group than in the control group. The expression of BNP was obviously decreased after treatment. But the decrease value of BNP was higher in the observation group than in the control group. Conclusion ： The treatment of Senfu Shuxin decoction can improve the curative effect, and decrease the expression of BNP in patients, therefore it is helpful to elderly patients withcoronary heart disease and heart failure.
