摘　　要：目的探讨空心钉"8"字张力带钢丝方法治疗髌骨体部骨折疗效及优缺点。方法选择空心钉"8"字张力带钢丝方法治疗髌骨骨折24例,对其愈后关节功能疗效进行分析。结果空心钉"8"字张力带钢丝术后关节功能优良率满意。结论空心钉"8"字张力带钢丝法对治疗横行骨折或大块骨折断裂固定牢靠,骨折移位内植物松动断裂风险减少,有利于早期关节功能锻炼恢复。[Objectives] To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of the method that using double Hollow needles with tension band and steel wire in curing the fracture of the Patella, and to compare the advantages and disadvantages. [Methods] Chose 24 patients who had been operated to cure the fracture of the patella, then analysis the patients＂ function of joint after union. [ Results ] The rate of excellent postoperative function of joint that using Hollow needles with 18~ -sharp tension band is satisfactory. [Conclusion] In the aspect of curing transverse fracture and massive fracture, the method that using Hollow needles with 8 -sharp tension band and steel wire which was effective to make the fixation stability, then lower the risk of fracture re- moved, and turn down the risk of fixation loosed. It is beneficial to recover the function of knee joint earlier.
