提高精神疾病患者高千伏X线胸片质量的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨精神疾病患者高千伏X线胸片影像质量的影响因素和改进办法。方法收集整理我院2009年3月～2011年3月全部住院患者体检胸部CR影像2320例,由高年资诊断医师和主管技师按照天津市放射质控中心的评定标准进行评定。结果 2 320例胸片中甲级片1 416张,甲级片率61.0%;乙级片674张,乙级片率29.1%;丙级片188张,丙级片率8.1%;废片42张,废片率1.8%。结论通过分析影像质量下降的成因,针对精神疾病患者的特点制定相应的措施,从而使影像质量得到保证。Objective To explore the quality＇s influence and improve the method of high KV Xray chest photography in mental illness. Methods 2320 cases of CR chest images of inpatients in brain department from March, 2009 to March,2011 were collected and evaluated by the rich work experience radiologists or diagnostic doctors. The assessed standard was from Tianjin Radiation Quality Control Center. Results In 2320 case of mental disorders patients with chest radiography image, class A was 1416, A rate was 61.0%; class B was 62, B rate was 6.2%; class C was 188, C rate was 8.1%; class waste was 42, and the rate was 1.8 %. Conclusions By analysis of the reasons for the image quality＇s descend and the characteristics of mental disease conditions are identified, we take the correspondent measures and ensure the images quality.
