幼女卵巢囊肿免气腹腔镜手术10例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨免气腹腔镜治疗幼女卵巢囊肿的手术方法和安全性。方法回顾分析2008年5月~2010年5月该院采用免气腹腔镜手术治疗10例幼女,卵巢囊肿的临床资料及疗效。结果全部患儿均在免气腹腔镜下完成手术,平均手术时间（90±21.5）min,术中出血（170±75）mL,囊肿直径（16±2.1）cm,术后平均住院（3.9±1.5）d。术中、术后无并发症发生,术后随访12~24个月,无复发。结论免气腹腔镜手术治疗幼女卵巢囊肿是一种安全、有效的方法,具有创伤小、恢复快、手术时间短、无明显疤痕等优点,值得推广。[Objective ] To investigate the safety and effect of gasless laparoscopy surgery in the ovariotomy of children girls. [Methods] Retrospective analysis was used to analyze the clinical data of ten young gifts （aged 5-12 years） who were performed ovariotomy with gasless laparoscopy from May 2008 to May 2010. [Results] All gifts were ovariectomized smoothly with gasless laparoscopy. The mean operation time was （90±21.5） min, and the mean volume of blood lost during the operation was （170±75） mL, and the mean diameter of ovarian cysts was （16±2.1） cm and the mean hospitalization time was （3.9±1.5） days. There was no complication happened during the preoperative period and 12 to 24 months of follow-up. [ Conclusions] It is valuable using gasless laparoscopy in the ovariotomy of young girl. And it worth promotion for its satisfaction in safety, effect, less damage, fast postoperation recovery, short hospital stay, without obviously sear and so on.
