摘　　要：目的:了解并评价山东省公共卫生人才工作现状及其面临问题。方法:主要采用问卷访谈及半定式提纲访谈两种方式,对270名已经参加工作的公共卫生从业人员以及山东省内部分卫生机构领导进行调查,结合档案查阅等方式,深入分析山东省公共卫生人才当前工作现状。Objective： To understand and evaluate the work status of public health professionals in Shandong Province and the problem faced by that.Method： To mainly adopt two ways of questionnaire interviews and semi-set outline interviews to investigate 270 of public health practitioners and part of the health institution leaders in Shandong Province,combining with file accessing and so on,then provide a thorough study on the current work status of public health professionals in Shandong Province.
