摘　　要：学院文化是学院软实力的重要体现。搞好学院文化建设,必须加强院风、教风、学风,营造崇尚学术的文化环境,规范学院制度文化,加强党建和思想政治工作,丰富教职工的文化生活。College culture is the important manifestation of the soft power of college.To do well college culture construction,it must strengthen the style of college,teaching style and study style,create cultural environment about advocaing academic,regulate the college system culture,strengthen the party building and ideological and political work,and enrich the cultural life of teaching staff.
