摘　　要：创新人才培养是当下的一个热点课题。本文剖析了民办高校在创新人才培养模式所遇到的问题,并以西安外事学院人才培养成功模式做了案例分析,并以此总结了在民办高校如何进行人才培养的改革与创新。Cultivation of creative talents is a hot topic at the moment.This article analysed the problems in the training mode of creative talents of non-governmental institutions,made case study of successful personnel training mode of Xi＇an International University,and summarized the to carry out reform and innovation of personnel training of the non-governmental institution.
