摘　　要：介绍了纳米金属多层膜的研究现状，讨论了单槽法电镀纳米多层膜的原理和脉冲设计方法，简述了纳米多层膜的结构与特性，分析了纳米多层膜的发展趋势。The Status of nm metal multi layer are stated, principles and pulse design method of nm multi layer plating with single tank discussed, structure and characteristics of nm multi layer outlined and its trends analyzed.
