摘　　要：本研究紧紧围绕保护现有耕地质量、拓展新增耕地来源、提高新增耕地数量质量、市域统筹建设用地指标等方面,提出基于城乡统筹的重庆市创新耕地保护模式。研究结果表明:基于城乡统筹的重庆市创新耕地保护模式切实可行,相对于其他耕地保护模式更具有可实施性,在一定程度上缓解了"发展"与"保护"的矛盾,对我国耕地资源的保护具有重要的意义,为我国其他省市的耕地保护提供了一个新视角。The paper, closely around protecting the quality of existing cultivated land, expanding the source of new arable land, and improving the quantity and quality of new arable land and the construction land index of city-wide co-ordination ,proposed Chongqing＇s cultivated land protection model based on urban and rural coordination. The results indicate that this model is practical, can be implemented as opposed to other more farmland protection mode, and Io a certain extent ease contradictions between the ＂development＂ and ＂protection＂, is of great significance to China＇s cultivated land resources proteetion, and orovides a new oersDeetive of cultivated land oroteetion to other provinces or cities.
