摘　　要：近年来,随着高职院校招生规模的扩大,学生人数的不断增加,贫困生人数也在相应增长。如何构建贫困生救助体系并应用实施,是高校工作中一项艰巨而重大的任务。本文通过对高职贫困生救助体系中存在问题的探讨,在以人权为视阈的社会救助理念基础上,从法律支持角度,试完善高职贫困生救助的政策措施及法律体系。In recent years, with the expansion of the recruitment of students of higher vocational colleges, the number of students is increasing, the number of impoverished student is also increasing. How to build impoverished student assistance system and implement it is an important task of college work. The article discussed the problems in impoverished student assistance system, based on the social assistance system, from the perspective of law support, tries to improve the policy measures and law system of vocational impoverished students.
