摘　　要：分析了舟山港潜在的溢油风险 ,建立了舟山港港口油污应急指挥机构、应急反应程序及应急设备配置 ,提供了溢油处置方案建议。The paper describes that after analyzing Various potential oil spilling risks in Zhoushan port,a command organization is established,a reaction procedure is finished and the equipment is installed to prevent pollution in case of emergency in Zhoushan port, and a proposal of treating the spilled oil is made as well.
