摘　　要：在辽宁沿海经济带发展过程中,农民问题非常重要,尤其是农民的就业问题,调查发现各级政府十分重视农民就业问题,取得了一些成绩,但仍然存在就业质量差、就业空间小等问题。通过深入分析,找到原因并提出对策。In the process of the development of the coastal economic belt of liaoning province, the peasant problem is very important, especially farmer＇s employment question. The survey found that the government of all levels attached great importance to the farmers＇ employment problem, and had made some achievements, but there are still some problems, such as poor quality of employment, employment space is little. Through in-depth analysis, the paper tries to find the reasons and puts forward the countermeasures.
