摘　　要：法学论文写作是对学生利用所学的法学知识,独立进行学术研究能力的考查过程,同时也是对学生的学术能力和学术精神的培养过程。通过对论文的选题和正文写作两个方面进行研究,分析论文写作应具备的必要条件和写作规范,探讨选题的相关要素以及正文写作部分内容的基本逻辑关系和表达方法,为本科学年论文写作提供基本的思路。The homogeneity of current law undergraduate training is serious from the actual positions. Practical and creative abilities of students are poor. Projectbased teaching is different from the traditional teaching model. It includes four aspects：making project list through the post research;transferring project content into teaching content;confirming projectbased curriculum and establishing professional curriculum system. Project teaching is based on job skills, paying attention to the theory and practice of the organic combination, stimulating students＇ interest in learning and innovation ability ,cultivating students＇ independence and the ability to get the work done, which helps to evaluate whether the teaching goal has been gotten. What＇s more,it breaks the limination of traditional teaching to provide a new way for law undergraduate talent training.
