利用网络公关平台提升公安执法的公信力

摘　　要：随着互联网行业发展的外部环境不断优化,我国网民的规模持续扩大。但由于网络建设机制不健全,网络监管不到位,在网络上影响公安执法公信力的现象时有发生。为提升公安执法的公信力,应采取开通网络发布平台,调控舆论导向;应用网络公关树立公安正面执法形象;不断健全网络公关工作机制;提高舆论事件的研判能力,稳妥处置危机;利用网络公关提高群众对公安机关的满意度等措施。With the Internet industry development＇s external environment continues to be optimized,the size of the Internet users in China continues to expand. Because of the inadequate network construction system and management, on the network the phenomenon that public security law enforcement credibility has been affected sometimes happens. To enhance the credibility of the public security law enforcement, it should be taken to open Web publishing platform to control public opinion guidance; apply network public relations to establish positive law enforcement of public security image;continuously improve network public relations mechanism;enhance the ability of analyzing public opinion events and properly handle crisis ; use network public relations measures to increase public satisfaction with public security organs etc.
