摘　　要：文章简要介绍了气象信息综合分析处理系统(MICAPS)的发展历史,重点介绍了MICAPS新版本的结构、功能及本地化配置。第三版采用开放式构架,基本框架负责系统主界面、地图投影、图层控制等基本功能,实现功能模块在基本框架上的直接接入,易于二次开发。MICAPS3.2版在此基础上重新设计了框架和系统界面,提高了系统运行的效率,基本实现了micaps定义的各类数据显示。由于气象数据种类繁多,文章着重讲述了探空资料和格点资料的显示操作。This article briefly introduces the meteorological information integrated analysis and processing system （ MICAPS ） development history, emphatically introduces the new version of MICAPS structure and function and localization of configuration. The third edition uses open architecture, the basic framework for,the system interface, map projection, layer control and other basic functions, function module in the basic frame of direct access, easy to two times the development of. MICAPS3.2 version based on the redesign of the framework and system interface, improve the system operation efficiency; the basic realization of the MICAPS defined the various data display. Due to a wide variety of meteorological data, this paper focuses on the sounding data and grid data display operation.
