摘　　要：在经济全球化进程中,知识产权保护已经成为国际贸易中最为重要的问题之一。重视和加强对我国知识产权保护,培育国民的知识产权意识,对于我国的健康、稳定、持续发展国际贸易具有重要的现实意义。文章以知识产权理论与国际贸易的关系为切入点,重点分析了我国知识产权的现状及存在的问题,并从国家和企业的战略高度提出知识产权保护的对策。In the process of economic globalization, intellectual property protection has become one of the most important issues in the international trade. To pay attention to and strengthen China＇s intellectual property, to cultivate national＇s awareness of intellectual property has important practical significance in healthy, stabile and sustainable development of China＇s international trade. The article, taking the relationship of intellectual property theory and international trade as the starting point, mainly analyzes the current situation and existing problems of intellectual property in China, and from national and corporate strategic height proposes countermeasures of intellectual property protection.
