摘　　要：讨论了国内外城市污泥的各种处理方法的利弊 ,城市污泥土地利用的可能性和有效性 ;论证了城市污泥堆肥商品化的可行性和必要性 ,并对污泥堆肥商品化应用中的安全性及质量控制等问题进行了探讨。The methods for treatment and disposation of municipal sludge are discussed in terms of their advantages and shortages, and the possibility for their land application. Further more, the feasibility and necessity of commercial use of the municipal sludge compost (MSC) is also discussed. In addition, the safety and Quality control in commercial use of MSC is also probed into.
