摘 要:被棘毒鱼螫伤是渔业工作者中常见的职业病 ,本研究对中国沿海近 4 0个渔港 ,1 0万余名渔民进行了调查研究 ,发现鱼工类是我国沿海毒性最强的棘毒鱼 ,发病率为 3%~ 9%。并且对光鱼工的毒腺结构进行了初步观察。用毒棘直接刺伤及粗提液注射大鼠的方法 ,对其螫伤表现及演变过程进行了初步探讨。并且提出预防及治疗的方法。There were more type stingrays with the poisoning spine. Those type of stingrays, such as Dasyatis laevigatus Chu, Dasyatis uarnak , and Dasyatis akajei were found often in China sea. It is one of the occupational diseases for fisherman to be stung by those spine poisoning fishes. Intense pain, edema around the injured area were previous symptoms and signs of envenomization. A number of systemic symptoms may also occur. The range from weakness, nausea, arrhythmias, paresthesia convulsion and even death. The results of our investigation some mechanism of the damage caused by stingray were discussed and the suggestions on the some preventive measurement were done. Studies on the epidemiology, clinical manifestation and laboratory research on stingray ( D.laevigatus Chu) were presented. The structure of venom gland of stingray ( D.laevigatus Chu) were presented.
