摘  要:在厌氧折流板反应器中,以氯酚配水进行毒物冲击负荷试验,进水COD为1100~1200m g/L,HRT为1d 时,连续2d 投加五氯酚钠16.83~17.72m g/L.结果表明,厌氧污泥依次经历活性抑制阶段及活性恢复阶段.毒物冲击对反应器前段影响较大,对后段危害甚小.产酸菌比产甲烷菌先恢复,污泥活性恢复期为18~26d,污泥驯化越好,其活性恢复越快.The performance characteristics of the anaerobic baffled reactor(ABR)under toxicant shock load were investigated in a 16.2L laboratory scale reactor.The COD 1100~1200mg/L of influent synthesized by glucose,urea and KH 2PO 4 was continuously added.The pentachlorophenol sodium was impact added,during the first two days 16.83~17.72mg/L,the other days 1~2mg/L.Experimental results demonstrated that the anaerobic sludge undergo,in turn,an activity inhibited period and activity recuperated period after the shock load.The system recovery need 18~26 days depend on the sludge acclimated degree.The toxicant impact affected the sludge activity more seriously in the front section than in the rear of the reactor,to methane bacteria than acid formation bacteria.The change of effluent VFA and alkalinity also indicated the progress of system recovery.
